CHECK IN PROCEDURE
1. Use key from lockbox to get into the house and replace immediately. This is for your protection should you accidentally lock yourself out of the house.
2. Please turn off pool lights/jets immediately after use.
3. Do not set AC below 70 degrees. It will freeze up the compressor.
4. Please close the blinds to block out the hot sun during the day and keep doors closed when AC is on.
5. Please spray sand off your feet before entering the house. Sprayers located in front and rear of home.
No on street parking after 11:00 p.m. or vehicles may be towed at your expense.
Trash pick up is early on Tuesday and Friday. Please have all trash in bags and in the trash bin by Monday and Thursday evening.
The pool is to be used by registered guests only. No diving and no glass by the pool!
CHECK OUT PROCEDURE
1. Sweep excess sand from all floors
2. Rinse tubs and showers free of sand. Place used towels/washcloths in tub/shower
3. Put furnishings back in original order
4. Remove all unused food and condiments from refrigerator
5. All dishes must be cleaned, removed from dishwasher and put away
6. Counters and refrigerators wiped clean
7. Trash in bags and placed in outside trash bin
8. Leave all keys (3 house keys, 1 outdoor closet key) on hooks in kitchen
9. Strip only sheets and pillow cases from beds and lay at foot of bed
10. Close all blinds and set AC to 78 degrees
11. Lock doors before leaving
DO NOT, WE REPEAT DO NOT STRIP COMFORTERS, PILLOW SHAMS, ZIPPERED PILLOW CASE COVERS OR BED PADS FROM BEDS. THIS IS THE OWNERS OR MAIDS RESPONSIBILITY.
Do not mix sheets with damp towels. If sheets are mixed with anything damp, they stand a chance of getting permanently damaged which you would be responsible for.
If any mattresses are “WET”, loss of damage deposit will result.
Anyone staying past 10:00 a.m. will be charged for an extra day.
Remember, in order to receive your full damage deposit back, the home must be left the same as when you arrived!
